Pretty much everyone wants to be happy.
We all have the tools to lead happier lives, but we’re also susceptible to self-sabotaging the fuck out of our own happiness.
When’s the last time you did something that really made you happy?
We love to consume [enter vice here] because we think it’ll make us happy, and it usually does, but it’s just a quick fix that doesn’t last and isn’t worth the comedown… Doing the same thing over and over again but hoping for different results? That’s literally insane.
Why are we great at helping others, but shit when it comes to ourselves?
Without boring you with the sciency-stuff, basically, it’s easier.
Think of life coaching as ‘upgrading’ yourself.
Change is hard. Coaching is not really about trying to change you. It’s more about working together to figure out what and how you can make improvements. Sounds pretty simple because it is. The hard part is seeing ourselves objectively, keeping up momentum, and holding ourselves accountable. That’s where I come in.
