Think of CBH as you would think of working with a personal trainer but, with a focus on strengthening your mind.
A personal trainer supports you and tailors a regime to your requirements and goals, but it’s you who sets the goals and does the heavy lifting. The more you put in, the faster and better the results. Consistency and willingness are key!
